I am 77 and was dreading getting a tooth pulled since I had a bad experience 50 years ago with wisdom teeth extraction. I was quite surprised and grateful when Dr. Kim removed my tooth using only shots, not sedation. It didn’t hurt at all, and still doesn’t after almost a week!
I had an extremely frustrating experience with this office, and I feel it’s important to share my concerns. After being referred by my dentist for wisdom teeth removal, I scheduled a consultation that took three weeks to secure. During that time, no one contacted me to inform me that my insurance was out-of-network for their services.Despite arriving 30 minutes early for my appointment, no one at the reception informed me of this critical issue until after the consultation. I would highly recommend Kim,DDS and all his staff. Office very professional, friendly, clean. I was treated and cared for before, during and after my surgery with the best care.
DR.Kim and his staff where GREAT they made me feel so comfortable and safe, they kept my family informed about how I was doing. the staff called me the next day to see how i was doing .DR Kim explains what he was going to do. and because he couldn't get my tooth taken care of the first day he told me to come back in two days to put me under to take it out. This whole team is awesome and i would tell anyone who needed surgery to go with this team Mary Mc
I would never recommend. My child never had the opportunity to be treated because Dr. Kim provides no ADA accommodations (medical or religious) for those who cannot wear a mask. Totally discriminatory. Avoid if you have a medical and/or religious reason that you can't wear a mask & please do not support any medical providers embracing discriminatory policies.
Dr. Kim was excellent, however his office staff was rude and incompetent. Will never recommend or go back because of his staff. I really cant understand why he would hire and keep such people.
called 10 times on a friday afternoon. Their voicemail message claims they are open until 5 pm on fridays. The fact that no one answers the phone says otherwise.
Had 2 teeth cut out today and I am terrified of the dentist but my whole experience was excellent would highly recommend this office everyone treated my great!! I will note that he’s very busy but my wait time wasn’t ever that bad
Dr. Kim seems to be a nice man, some of his office staff is beyond rude. They also do not check your insurance company to verify benefits & deductibles ahead of time. Instead, they simply tell you what they are assuming you will owe & expect it the day of surgery. I have duel dental insurance for my family, in the past surgeries have been almost completely covered & only required minimal out of pocket. Without contacting my insurance, they informed me that I would need to pay $800 the day of.
