She was fast and very good I am happy with my new hair
Had the worst haircut here
I asked for a hair color change, but the experience was very disappointing. The stylist bleached my entire head without informing me, and the toner she applied left my hair far too light. There were uneven patches where my previous color still showed through. Additionally, the way she applied the color was rough and painful, pulling on my hair as she worked, which I find unprofessional. Overall, I felt there was a lack of communication and care, and the final result was frustrating!
