Kim helped my parents sell their home that they have loved and lived in for 30 years. She was so thoughtful and kind and helpful. Her patience and knowledge of the market really helped my parents feel comfortable about the process. She was an expert in the minor problems of Humboldt county homes and knew how to resolve anything that came up in an inspection.
