Scammer!! Left a cash deposit after signing a contract for a specific diamond, but later realized the diamond was switched to a cheaper one that didn’t match the agreed one. When we brought this up and asked for the correct diamond or a refund, they refused to return the deposit and were very rude and yelling the whole time. I’ll be going ahead and filing a consumer protection complaint over this situation.
Evil and her husband Richard seemed like nice people but they did the old bait and switch trick when I went in for engagement ring and refused to refund my deposit when I confronted them about it. Stay away from them
Please be warned they falsely advertise and selling gold jewelry. They say its 18K and sell it at 18k price when its 14k carat or worse plate mixed with silver sold as 18k gold. Very disappointing especially since its a business i went often. I had the gold pieces they sold to me inspected by 2 other gold vendors/jewelers
