Kim & her whole team made selling our home easy. They kept in touch with us ,giving updates & feed back from potential buyers, as we live out of state . We had tried selling the home before with a different Realtor & had it listed for a year with not much communication or offers , Kim & her team listed it in Early January & had it sold by May. In all they made it a good experience,
I purchased a home from Kim Musgrave team and was told it had a new roof. However, not long after moving in, I discovered serious issues with the roof — including stretched shingles , tons of air pockets, an improper decking payment. In my personal experience this should have been more disclosed properly before purchasing. Personally wouldn’t use this company again after what happened.
Kim was wonderful to work with. She gave me clear ideas and understanding about what needed to be done before the home was listed. Once listed, it fortunately sold quickly. Her staff were very good about keeping us informed as the closing process progressed. There were plenty of steps and Kim walked us through all of them. We were grateful for the kind person she is, the helpfulness of her staff and the professionalism of them all.
