Sweetest people ever! Wasn't satisfied with my first set and she fixed them!
This is the first time I was disappointed in my nails. They were cut too short. Fingers are sore today because my nails have never been this short.
I love goin to Kim ly's nails....the workers r so much fun an their so friendly...
I love this place this is where I have gone for several years! There always so sweet and helpful. I'm enjoying my birthday gift here as I type this.
One of the worst nails salons I have ever been to in my life. They were not sanitizing any of their tools while I was getting a pedicure, they kept sharing the tools. They rushed my spa pedicure which only lasted 10 minutes! Then they put cheap nail polish on my toes and charged me $35 dollars for the "spa pedicure." The customer service was terrible and unrelaxing. I would not be surprised if I caught some type of fungus on my feet from the tools not being sanitized!!! Go somewhere else and save your money!
