I recently sold my home and I owe it all to Kim Leighton! Her attention to detail and passion for customer service was a 10. Kim was great with helping us purchase our home from out of state. She communicated with us every step of the way to make sure we knew what mile markers we needed to reach and pushed along other agencies to help us meet our timeline. Kim is also a strong negotiator as she helped get the purchase price down to a value that had us starting out with equity. I would highly recommend her realty expertise to anyone.
Kim was excellent to work with and I don't know if we would have survived our first home-buying experience without her! I had been looking for a home for months unofficially. Moved from NC to Florida to be close to family. I was looking for a job, taking care of family, and looking for a home. I connected with Kim to look at a home. We looked at many in the Milton/Pace area. I reviewed numerous listings, looked at some of them. Reviewed what I was really wanting and decided to look at something smaller. Looked at a house and instantly knew it was what I wanted. Although it did need some work, I purchased the home and love my neighborhood.
Kim went above and beyond for me and my husband. She showed me as many houses as I wanted and I was extremely picky and she kept a cool head throughout it all. She did more than we could have ever asked for, she is more than a realtor now she is a friend.
We were relocating from another state. Kim was fabulous with communication and coordinating visits. When it came time for closing, everything went very smoothly. Kim listened to what we were looking for and adapted to our changing needs. Kim was wonderful to work with!
We saw a house on Zillow late one afternoon and called Kim. She set up an appointment the next morning. We made an offer that morning. Since it was a Repo house, it took extra work on Kim's part, but she handled it well. She kept us updated through the process. Kim and our purchased house is in Pace, Florida and we live in Iowa. We then returned home and Kim was able to handle the closing without us returning to Florida. We were very satisfied with her work.
Kim was fantastic! We were relocating from out of state and a lot of our communication was long distance. She was great! I could write a book about all the wonderful things that Kim did for us from beginning, to end, to now. It boils down to Kim and her caring nature. She listened to our needs and was fabulous to work with!!
We have worked with Kim on three separate real estate transactions and were so pleased with her professionalism, that we are currently working with her again on a fourth transaction. She has always shown patience, enthusiasm and goes beyond what most people could possibly ask for in a realtor. We highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. She has become our personal friend as well as our only "go to" realtor.
