Horrible Customer Service Not a good dental service at all. My daughter had braces put on at this dental association. The follow-up and concern for her dental care has been awful. The front desk customer service is the worst. They are rude, uncaring, uncooperative and don't care. To say they are just lazy is being nice. They do not return calls, dump you into other people's voice mails, refuse to set appointments, put you on hold for long periods of time. In person, they are even worse. Unbelievable.
