The worst doctor office experience in my life! I was told I couldn’t go into office visit with my 95 year old dad. We have both had both covid shots finished 4 weeks ago so we are both fully vaccinated. I told them that was ridiculous because I’m the one who helps with his medicines getting dressed and undressed etc. He lives with me and my husband who is a doctor in Tulsa. Best doctor I have ever had
Dr. Insung Kim is very caring and thorough. She took her time with me and answered all my questions. The entire visit was very good, from start to finish. I would highly recommend Dr. Kim.
I do not feel safe in her care for several reasons, her incompetence, many mistakes, her unwillingness to listen or discuss concerns and her angry and hostile disposition. She is the Most unkind doctor I have ever encountered. She was unreasonable, combative, impatient and unwilling to discuss my concerns or answer questions. She became aggressive when I repeated the question she wouldn’t answer and yelled at me. She is spiteful and vindictive. Awful, believe al the bad reviews! She is wildly in appropriate and will NOT help you with any concerns. She is irresponsible and her negligence is shocking. I am certainly not ever returning and would not recommend ANYONE to her EVER. Horrible human and inadequate doctor. She need a psychiatric evaluation for her incompetent behavior and aggressive nature. Not trustworthy. Not reliable. Not ethical in treating patients.
My elderly mother just contacted Dr. Kim's office to get a COVID test. She just flew to California and back to visit me. The office staff told her NOT to get tested, since she has no symptoms currently. I am aghast at the blatant irresponsibility here and I am no longer comfortable with my mother seeing this Dr.
Dr. Kim is distant and lacks concern for her patients, and I am extremely disappointed in the front office staff. My recent interaction with everyone there has left me with a desire to seek other care for my mother. However, she is 99 years old, and that would be very difficult for her, so we will plod on with Dr. Kim. The person I felt was doing an excellent job was Taanitti, her public relations person. Terrible! Wrote my dad off years ago with mild cognitive decline and refused to even look for causes of it, not even ordering necessary blood tests. Just wrote scripts like crazy. Wouldn’t even refer him to a neurologist but was happy to write script after script. Awful doctor!
