I don't often post reviews, but Kim is too good at what she does to not let everyone else have a chance to work with her. My husband and I have now sold two homes and bought two homes with Kim--and if we ever buy or sell real estate again, she's the ONLY realtor we'll use. She's responsive, smart, experienced and really, really easy to work with. She listens to what we say, lets us take the lead, but also gives us the nudge we need when we flounder or get confused. I've known Kim for over two years. She worked with us for over a year while we researched and searched for a home in Austin. Her professionalism, patience and knowledge were the reasons we found our dream home. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home or land in Austin. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

Without Kim's help we would never have gotten the perfect house! It was a tough market but she stuck with us till we found what we wanted. To top it off we really enjoyed her company.

We worked with her on the other side. Any reasonable question we would ask her - it would take her days to get back with us & she would say she didn't have time & would get around to it (even if it was time urgent). She is all smiles to her clients & they are none the wiser that once the purchase agreement is signed, she checks out. I guess she figures at that point she earned her commission & doesn't care.
