Dr. Hei Y Kim is a good pediatrician. However, the secretary is unincredibly rude. My brother came in to receive medical records to switch doctors, and the secretary refused to give forms because we did not have a healthcare insurance. I called and asked for clarifications, and she was incredibly rude and ignored my concerns. In the end she said "Fine, we'll give it to the doctor. If the doctor says no, then we cannot." The secretary is very unhelpful, and very rude.
This review is for Kim Hei Young but mostly towards Kim Hyung G, her husband. They are both doctors in at this please I wish I can start by saying this guy does not deserve even a star. This guy inappropriately touched my mother in law without consent or a warning and he told us "it's normal and all doctors do it this way" She went in there today for a blood test first in order to follow up and get her liver checked since she has liver problems.
