Very dissapointed on the service I received. I arrived at 1pm, waiting to be next in line. A lady arrives 10-15 minutes late for her 1 o'clock appointment. I was asked to come back later? If someone has an appointment it is their responsibilty to arrive early or on time. Since I was there before her and she was late, I should've been next. I have always been a gracious tipper when I used to get haircuts there. I was not warned that there was a 1pm appointment ahead of me, I was told when my turn is up and asked to return.
