Our wedding coordinator recommended Kim Gregory's due to the fact that I have a dairy allergy and couldn't eat the regular cake provided in our wedding package. Kim is so incredibly kind and warm and friendly, and made the process so easy. She was very easy to get in touch with and coordinated a tasting so I could see what I liked. If I could give more stars I would. Kim's pastry is thoughtful and beautiful in taste and appearance. And kind to our bodies- just check out her great ingredient lists! She puts her heart and soul into all she does, whether it is garnishing a birthday cake with fresh local strawberriesor interacting with customers at the farmer's markets. We have been enjoying Kim's delicious organic pastries for several years, and we recently ordered several platters for my 50th birthday party. Our guests were raving about the delicious desserts, and they agreed with us that Kim's brownies are the best! Kim always does an amazing job, and has the best quality pastry in the area!
