I would never hire her again. Specifically not as a buyer and sellers agent . She tagged the seller multiple times on different houses advertising his remodels.She acted as she had our best interest but only when we were full steam ahead buying . She told us Marion was a safe area. Let alone she was trying to sell a house 2 blocks away from a legitimate motorcycle club to my family. We were able to back out after we found this out . Kim was a 15 out of 10! She is wonderful to work with and bent over backwards for us. She listed and sold our house in basically 24 hours. More importantly she genuinely puts the needs of the seller and buyers first. She’s professional, genuine, honest, great with communication and extremely efficient! We HIGHLY recommend Kim Goodwin!
