Kimberly Fanning was absolutely incredible and went far above and beyond what she needed to. She also treated me like family from day one and even got my house blinds and a refrigerator at no cost to me! She even told me I could call her years in the future for any help and gave me an amazing housewarming gift. She was truly incredible and made my first home buying experience so much easier.
Kim was so helpful throughout the entire process of getting our parents home emptied and ready for the market. She had great ideas & guidance as we decided what updates needed to be done to make the home stand out to potential buyers all while maximizing profit as well.
