An extremely terrible company and a very horrible experience renting their property. You can never find a person to contact, and all of the stuff have a bad attitude even if you are the customer who paid them.
I've tried for months to get a hold of this company to schedule a walk-through and potentially rent one of their vacant commercial spaces here in Koreatown. They never answer their phone, and don't respond to messages. Their for lease signs offer an alternative number for a person named "Mike", but he only responds sporadically. On two separate occasions I have scheduled an appointment with Mike, only to then be ghosted and left standing in front of the space waiting with no apology or explanation. Extremely unprofessional.
Decent management company. They always answer my questions/concerns. Sonia in the cashiers/accounting office is the best worker! She’s extremely helpful when it comes to anything.
Very unprofessional does not come out when you call when there is a problem slum lord's just horrible !!!!!!
