Our discussion was thorough, he listened to me about my concerns (many maternal relatives had colon cancer), discussed schedule of colonoscopies and explained procedures and preps. His bedside manner was wonderful - he is warm and interesting. Highly recommend.
Dr. Kim is kind and thorough. He spends your appointment time speaking with you and not at a computer screen, as many doctors do. He listens to your concerns, addresses every need and offers advice with solutions. His office staff has great follow-up. During a medical procedure at his outpatient surgery center, he really makes sure you are well advised and comfortable with every step. Calling for days to ask q. And make appt as my mother was treated by dr. Kim in hospital and he was great but they Never answer the phone!!!
My primary care doctor, Steven Winkler, referred me to Dr. Kim in June 2022. I am extremely pleased with Dr. Kim and his staff at the Henderson office
Un-rushed visit - Listened to my concerns, explained procedure needed, discussed findings after procedure and discussed in detail follow-up meds, diet, etc. Wonderful bedside manner. Highly recommend.
Walked in office, it’s a big waiting room with several receptionist windows and none were busy. Went to middle window and was told to step away. After couple minutes, another window person called to me, only person in line. I produced my medical card and set ID through tiny opened place on top of basket through window. I was told I threw it! Dr. Kim is definitely a big part of my life. He is kind caring and an amazing specialist. I would recommend him to anybody and everybody hands-down 10 out of 10.
Never had a colonoscopy and at 61 it was definitely time. He explained everything and had a great attitude. I would recommend him to anybody.
This review is not about the Doctor but his lack of compassion staff. I called in over the weekend, there is no Doctor on staff so no one returned my call until Monday morning. I explained the medical problem I was having which I had to go to ER for medical assistance The doctors assistant told me that i couldn't see the Doctor until almost 12 days out.
