They have my favorite ice cream, but when I went to get it tonight they didn't have any of the kind I liked. I asked if they had it and was told it's not out right now. Meaning they have it, but it's not displayed. If a customer is going to spend 50.00 plus dollars on ice cream... You should probably take the time to go get the kind they like. If it was out I would completely understand, but the fact I know you have it yet you didn't care to help me is completely ridiculous. Best ice cream, worst service! Very disappointed

Hi Debbie! I'm sorry to hear about this. What flavor(s) were you looking for? We have 32 flavors in the cases and store a couple extra flavors in our deep freezer, should a spot opens up. Since our ice cream is super premium, the freezer is -20 and the ice cream isn't scoopable for about 20 minutes. The staff couldn't just grab it and serve it.
