Unethical and appalling service. I’ve always bought the same carpet from Carpet Court when finishing renovations for my own home or for family. That was when I went to their Nunawading store. This time around (since moving to Montrose) I went to Bayswater and they suggested a different carpet. 3 months after install the $12,000 carpet was flattened and had lost its plush feel… looks disgusting and looks like it’s been installed for years. What a great experience sales Travis & Mark absolutely fantastic great guidance in choice now on the floor could not be happier. John who installed was great and has done a great job. Rebecca was also great and made timing of install fit to our needs. It is also pleasing to me that this shop supports two clubs that I am a member of Eastwood Golf Club and Mooroolbark Bowls Club. A magnificent local business.

Fantastic service from start to finish! From the time I made a call to get a quote and spoke to Rebecca who was super friendly, to Travis who was knowledgeable, patient, did not pressure us and made measuring process seamless whilst providing relevant information required to make the best choice of carpet for us, and finally Adrian and Richard who I believe may be best carpet installers ever (professional, quick, efficient with eye for detail). Fantastic service, range and pricing. Every member of the team we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. They were able to work with our tight timeline, the price was extremely reasonable and the carpet looks absolutely fantastic. The whole process was so easy and we would definitely recommend to friends and family. Very happy.
