This service came to check on the electricity side of the new ac unit. Now it's not working. Was working fine when the guy showed up now the ac unit is not working. 88 degrees in the house with pets! Thanks!
Walden and Daniel sent notice of their arrival AND arrived right on time. They were both courteous, informative and friendly. T he job was completed on time and worked exactly as described.
Very nice people and timely, but they were very overpriced!! My quote was $1200 for a very simple job. Thankfully I had volt electric and A-American Electric come to look too. They did the same job for under $700. A-American Electric's quote was $650. I'm so glad I got multiple quotes. Edit- The inspection was the day after the original post and passed immediately. They have also provided me an itemized receipt so I am eligible for the Duke Energy rebate. Volt electric was very friendly and they had the job complete in less than 3 hours from start to finish!
Fantastic experience! From the time I called about my issue, I was scheduled and had a tech out the very next morning to fix the problem. Carl worked on our furnace outlet and was on time, professional and friendly. We will be using Kilowatt for our electrical needs in the future!
