Very short wait time, dental assistant was very good and patient. Dr Kilman explained everything very throughly. Overall all I was very pleased. My insurance will not cover much of what needs to be done and I had asked the front desk if there was an insurance company that you worked with and she explained there was an on average it saves 20 - 40%. I asked that she send me a quote with that insurance but I have not heard back yet. It may take a while to complile which I understand. Thank you for a wonderful visit!
My hygienist was gentle in using her instruments, friendly and professional.
Quality service by professional and competent staff at very reasonable rates for a wide variety of treatments. Friendly and caring atmosphere.
Loved my appointment. A broken tooth is never good but Dr. Kilman gets you in makes the temporary and then the 2 weeks later my new tooth is in NO Problems. ( did you know that a tooth is the only part in your body that does not heal itself!!) Kudos to all of you there in the office ;-)
My hygienist, I believe her name is Lori, was the best ever!!! She was very attentive to my "special" requests, about sensitivity and other issues that I have. Going to the dentist is not on the top of my "to-do" list, but she made it a great experience!
