I love their brisket. Make you want to slap someone and take off running. Their cream corn is better than Rudy's, but the sausage I have to say Luling still ring #1. I would go their again the next time I'm in Houston.

Went yesterday morning. Pretty good BBQ, one issue we think there is to much pepper in the meat rub. Maybe cut the pepper back just a bit and perhaps add a touch of sugar or brown sugar to sweeten it just a little bit. Still the beef ribs are extremely moist and meat came apart with a fork. Very good.
Great food! Great atmosphere! Best BBQ and pulled pork ever! Loves the Saint Anthony beer also..
This is the best BBQ in Texas. The meat melts in your mouth. The bread pudding is like no other..after my husband's first bite of food he said "We're coming back".
Brought my Wife for the first time yesterday & we loved it! Got the beef ribs, chicken, brisket & everything was excellent! Our sides were cream corn, potato salad & green beans with bread pudding & was all very good as well. My only complaint would be they need another Coke machine. It's a pretty busy place & with the flavored machine, that I watched some people didn't know how to operate it, the line backs up in front of peoples tables & takes a bit to get refills. This is the best BBQ ever! 4 of us ordered quite a lot as we were starving and the smell of the foods were great. Everything tasted great . I don't think that I have ever said that everything was great in a restaurant. Usually restaurants have some good things and some ok things. Everything we ordered was evident that thought and care went into it. We are out of towners and we plan to make it a tradition to come to Killen's every time we come to Houston. A+
