Brontosaurus beef ribs, got an end and it was dry, heavily seasoned. Pork was the best, followed by fatty brisket and then turkey (a little dry). Potato salad had a lot of egg, very creamy and good, slaw was avg, the Coffee sauce added a lot of flavor to the Turku & pork. Probably more like 3.5 stars.

When you have a chance to go, try the different meat specials they have written on the chalk board. We had the Snake River Farms Gold Brisket and it was beefy, moist, and tender. The Mac and Cheese is definitely comforting to the soul. I also had the cream corn and it is what it says it is... with a small kick. Yummm
Best beef ribs in the state of TEXAS! Got to listen to Junior Gordon perform live with family and friends this past weekend.

Many places have one, maybe two items, that are great. Ronnie has found a way to make every item great! The food is top quality, served in portions, that satisfy most appetites. You can't go wrong with this choice for BBQ.

Stopped in before a flight back home. Had a 30 minute line which allowed me to chat with a return customer who offered some tips. I was there for the brisket and simply went with a pound of the Snake River prime on special that day, and the fried mac n cheese. OMG. The brisket was so tender it just fell apart. I was glad to be dining alone and had picked a table outside where I could just stuff myself. The fried mac n cheese was great. The crust was a bit salty and worked well with the creamy insides. Lucked into only a 10 minute wait and boy was it worth it! The beef ribs were cooked to perfection, fall off the bone and not dry at all. The moist brisket is a must try also. The cream corn is just the way we like it in the Deep South. It was delicious!! Rave reviews for the bread pudding--some of the best I've had.
