Killeen Overhead Doors Today, I needed my garage door repaired. It completely came off the hinges. I was so worried because I did not want to leave my garage door open while I was sleeping (or at night) in case of theft.. or just the thought of someone coming into my garage. I googled & found overhead doors. I was called back promptly & told I would receive a call in less that an hour. I received a call about 5 minutes later. Great Service We called on a saturday because one of our springs was off on our garage door and this was twisting whole metal frame and preventing garage door closure. Killeen Overhead Door had a technician sent to our home within 30 minutes and the door was fixed for a great price within 30 minutes. We will definitely use this company for any garage door problems in the future.

outstanding/professional 1st went local HD for a quote, they started around $1050 for 12' door-i was looking for 16', so didn't bother asking there. stopped in Killeen Overhead, welcomed by knowledgeable and friendly staff. quoted well below HD(all hardware and rails included). booked them for wed. 2 May 12. the company called ahead to make sure we were still ready and made some very helpfull suggestions. Do Not Use This Company.... I had contacted this company to come and look at my garage door it was making funny noises, they were scheduled to come out on a Saturday. The Friday before my appointment my garage door broke and was bent in half and would not close. I called them ASAP and told them my problem and said for security I need someone to come and get my door to at least close. A RUDE lady on the phone told me that there was no one to help. Replace Garage Door Opener I have been doing business with this company for many years. Today one of my openers had to replaced, the service tech "James" was professional, on time and very knowledgeable with the product. I highly recommend this company, they do not try to ripe yu off by selling you unneeded equipment. I will continue to use them and recommend them.

Very unhappy This company was very rude when their repair job broke. They refused to come back out and fix what was broken. I do not recommend anyone going through this company if you expect a job well done.

Garage Door The company I work for has about 5 garage's. We had problems with one of them not opening right. I called them to come and fix it and they were there the next day. While they were there they noticed another one was needing some adjustments and they also did that free of charge. Very good service and fast. The price was fair and well worth it.

They do work for residential, commercial or industrial customers. In addition to garage doors, they also will install garage door openers, the remote controls that control the openers and repair your current garage door.
