Not perfect but better than most military clinics.
My primary care provider is nice enough but everyone else I have encountered has been rude and unhelpful. I was hit by a car as a pedestrian and the nurse tara quill was extremely rude and disrespectful as well as the receptionist at the wheelchair accessible counter. As someone who just went through something EXTREMELY traumatic you would think they would be sympathetic. They also never answer their phones and send you to medical equipment places that no longer exist. Our soldiers and their families deserve better than that... read more

I will NEVER go back to that clinic if I were dying! I am seriously looking into switching to Standard after the hell they have put me through over the past month regarding a referral! I experienced not even close to the sorry PCM's at Fort Bragg in my whole 9 years there! I moved here a little over a year ago & ever since my original provider left a month later I have avoided this place as much as possible. I was nervous when I saw the bad reviews below but they treated me very well. I'm still here and feeling better already.
When this clinic first opened it was great. Since Jan 2014,my care has drastically gone bad. I'm still sick from Aug 2013. The pharmacy at one point closed, then opened whenever someone decided to come to work. Then, closing for Lunch. Closing half day Thursdays etc. The lab is slow as heck. They talk and talk about personal stuff forever while patients are waiting. Stuff does not get finalized forever. I waited from June till Nov for an MRI that was "forgotten". This has been my family's clinic since it opened. My primary care, Williams and her nurses, have always taken great care of me and my family. So have the other medical staff when I can't get an appointment with her. I simply love this facility.
