RecommendedBest experience ever today. The ladies at the reception were so lively and enjoyable. My nurse Julie was amazing! She is the first nurse to actually communicate with me about my emotional health issues as well as my physical health issues. Dr. Clark has been a true professional and great physician. When she came in to replace my prior PCM, she contacted me directly to introduce herself and discuss my medical history. I very much appreciate Dr. Clark, nurse Julie and the ladies at reception. Today was a great day.
I really like this clinic. Including my wait time, visit, and prescription refill, I was done in an hour. And the nurses are so kind and patient with my kids.
I used to be assigned to Ms Mills and I loved her. She understood my chronic illness and everything that was involved in my care from a Neuro,ogist, Rheumatologist to Professional Counseling. For some unknown reason I was assigned to Mrs Jeanette Sunday and Ms Tara Quill as her nurse. I do not know them but I am not pleased to have been taken away from my provider at this time and will question this decision and request re- assignment.
They go beyond what is expected. Nothing falls thru the cracks.

Hopefully others have had a better experience, but - I felt I had to request a change of PCM to get away from 'doctor wanna be' nurse Tara Quill. She intervened/answered EVERY message I sent to the Dr. - with her own personal opinions and advice, instead of passing on information from the doctor, or letting the doctor verify what she was advising. I took my neighbor there today, she is in a wheelchair due to surgery. A. The non handicapped parking places were closer than the handicapped. B. The entrance had no automatic doors, and I had to maneuver the wheelchair over door bumps!!!! C. The primary care provider was curt and rude!!!! I hope the VA NEVER schedules an appointment for me at this facility because I will be a big fat NO SHOW!!!! I'm not as nice as my neighbor!!!!
