I can’t express how relieved I was when the Killearn Homeowners Association quickly stepped in to resolve an issue I was having. Their prompt response and genuine concern made all the difference. It was such a relief to know they truly care about the community and take action when needed. I appreciate their efficiency and dedication—thank you for making the process so smooth and stress-free! Thank you again, Mrs. Leslie and Mr. Caleb!!

What a terrible bunch they are! Consider your move to Killearn carefully. For your home owner's yearly fee, they provide you absolutely NOTHING, and if you miss a payment one year (out of 35), they will hire an attorney to relentlessly pursue you for exorbitant fees. It's all being forced upon you, and it's not the proper way to treat a neighbor.

answered phone pretty quickly but called to see if they could extend a deadline on a due for 5 days because I surprised my mom to come see me and be less stress on her to do all the errands and there was no compromise or even trying to see what else could be done. I think it lacks human heart to understand families, holidays and life when you are the association for a community and supposed to make it better not harder. This group def needs some work.
