Absolutely terrible. We moved and lost money because of the insanity of this organization. Not just the HOA but the lonely miserable HOA residents that have nothing else to do but complain about very minor concerns that do not affect anyone. that all leads to a hearing and fines. over $1000 in fines for keeping to ourselves and having 2 cars parked in front of our house. I really hope this HOA gets disbanded and everyone loses their job. Find a career that doesn't screw people.

I can’t express how relieved I was when the Killearn Homeowners Association quickly stepped in to resolve an issue I was having. Their prompt response and genuine concern made all the difference. It was such a relief to know they truly care about the community and take action when needed. I appreciate their efficiency and dedication—thank you for making the process so smooth and stress-free! Thank you again, Mrs. Leslie and Mr. Caleb!!

What a terrible bunch they are! Consider your move to Killearn carefully. For your home owner's yearly fee, they provide you absolutely NOTHING, and if you miss a payment one year (out of 35), they will hire an attorney to relentlessly pursue you for exorbitant fees. It's all being forced upon you, and it's not the proper way to treat a neighbor.
