Eric was on time and communicating as he was on his way. He was professional and knowledgeable. He took care of my issues quickly and explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
This is the second time we have had Kilbourne out to the house for AC repairs. The first time back in September of 2024 was for a bad compressor ($900 to replace) but it was priced way better they anyone else could. Then this time the A-coils needed replacement from a minor leak. ($650 this time) still better then anyone else. Without the AC the heat is brutal and 1 or 2 weeks to wait for parts can feel like forever but trust what i say. They do a fantastic job at a fair price.
Kilbourne has taken care of my AC units for about 30 years. The technicians are professional, knowledgeable & skilled. I will continue to have them as my AC company as long I am living in their service area.
My favorite AC company. Quick AC install. Been using them since 2017. Always perfect!
