I've had some amazing sushi in both LA and NYC but, I tried KIKU for the first time yesterday and would honestly now say that Pittsburgh actually has the best and most authentic tasting sushi I have ever had! The whole experience was 10/10! I felt like I was actually dining in Japan!�
After being introduced to sushi in NYC in the late 70s, KiKu was my 1st sushi in Pittsburgh. Remains as good today as it was when I first visited. Spent many special occasions there as well a a few New Year's Eves. Everything is fresh and perfectly prepared.
