I love coming in here! The girls are always so friendly and helpful. They always give such a warm welcome and always manage to make sure I leave with a smile (and another pen ahaha). And the products are just gorgeous! I alway find the perfect gift here, whether it’s for myself or someone else! I definitely recommend this store!

This is the first time I've ever encountered such a rude salesperson.That person was working around 6pm on January 2nd.I am a member, but she didn't even ask me that, and when I told her I was a member, she seemed annoyed and asked for my email address.They always put the items in the shopping bag here, but she didn't even put it in the shopping bag and just handed the items over without asking.I always shop here but this was a terrible experience.

There's a worker in there who must hate money, she doesn't smile and is very rude. We were being nice and polite and was returned feeling like we were asking her to donate a kidney. Management needs to fire her...
