I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience. I paid for my appointment three days in advance and showed my inspo photo before the service. I was assured that the colour was achievable or atleast close so I trusted the process. I then spent 7 hours ‼️ in the salon expecting a result similar to the reference photo.
