Ppl were very friendly but I dont really love what the lady did to my hair, I gave her the things I did not want done to my hair, told her to keep the length and just intensify the layers I already have, she proceeded to do the things I told her I did not want, she thinned out the bottom of my hair which I hate and she did not keep the original length of my hair except for a few strands at the back. Its really sad…

They asked me to come back and fixed my hair, and honestly, the result turned out even better than I expected!
