I love this studio! As a long time fan of Yoga and other forms of stretch the assisted stretch that the coaches provide is truly invaluable, especially for those of us that are very tight, stiff, have any form of arthritis and osteoarthritis. In general, deep stretching is essential to avoiding injury. Tamara was my stretch therapist. She was great and helped me stretch everything. The studio is nice and sanitary. I really needed this stretch out and can’t wait to go again!

Great experience with the staff at Kika. I was so stiff and actually have a badly torn rotator cuff but feel amazing after the session. I’m a crusty old disabled veteran who only went to make my wife happy. Now I’m a true believer. Thanks Kika! Also, remember to bring socks.

I started going to Kika Stretch in February and felt awesome. Then the pandemic lock down occurred and I had past pains start to resurface. When they reopened I didn’t hesitate to continue my sessions with Stephanie. She has been able to help release tightness in my neck, lower back and hips.
