Worse apartment and management company I have ever dealt with!! First of all this property on hart street in north hollywood don’t rent from here! This complex has been infested with roaches all 10 units has roaches. Management has failed to remedy the issue. Its roaches crawling in the laundry room and throughout the complex. The health department came out a few times and said it wasn’t my fault and that my unit was clean and that management needed to seal open cracks and crevices. We’re currently living here and have had a great experience so far. The property is clean, well-maintained, and any concerns have been handled quickly and thoughtfully. Management is responsive, caring, and easy to work with. Highly recommend KIG Property Management!
