Finding a property management company is so challenging, and I’ve gone through my fair share. KIG, by far, has been the best one I’ve worked with. The team goes above and beyond, they’re professional, and always quick to respond whenever I need them. I highly recommend.
KIG Property Management has done an excellent job managing my Los Angeles apartment building. Their team is professional, responsive, and proactive, making ownership much less stressful. They communicate well, handle tenant and maintenance issues efficiently, and genuinely care about protecting my investment. Unprofessional management company that will take as much as they can from your security deposit, including illegally withholding part of it over the 21 day period allowed by law. Additionally sends electioneering emails that clearly show whose side they're on (not tenants, for sure, and funny how almost all the candidates they endorsed roundly lost). Jared has been not only an exceptional and responsive property manager, but he has looked out for me and advised me on how best to handle property decisions. He is more than a professional acquaintance, he’s a friend, and he is an influential and positive community member.
