They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They're able to answer most of my questions. The staff are great people, and very friendly. They are attentive and make you feel right at home. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments.

The actual chiropractic services here are good. However, they have some shady under-the-table practices. They used to be an in-network provider on my insurance but when my employer changed insurance companies, they were no longer covered. They told me they really valued all the business because a lot of the people in my company go there. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
