I have my top of the line skincare for a fraction of La Prairie and better results! Shelly, the manager of this busy store is so knowledgeable that she’s a true consultant to her clients and a real ambassador for Kiehls and their parent company, L’Oreal. She’s one to watch . I’d be surprised if She doesn’t make it to the top of her industry. Personable, passionate about her brand and dedicated to helping others succeed!

Trish was great but the store needs better support from their customer service line. My experience in calling them was horrendous.
Strange interaction management and employees seem to not be on the same page… very friendly but definitely no communication between employees/ manager.
