She also went out of her way to help get my Italian horn pendant delivered earlier than expected, and it arrived right when she said it would. I came to seek repairs on a necklace that belonged to my grandma and it’s never came off my neck until it broke into two pieces. Within 24 hours of coming to the store it was back around my neck and looked as beautiful as the day my grandma last wore it. The associate Kourtnee was extremely pleasant to work with and kept me updated along the way. Thank you for giving me a piece of my grandma back.
The staff is always so nice and helpful. Love that they always take good care of my jewelry and it looks brand new after I pick it up from being cleaned. Hailey was especially sweet to work with!

Hailey was amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable and goes out of her way for me. I took an antique bracelet that is also a family heirloom in for repair and she did an excellent job on a delicate part. Also, cleaned the piece and did a very detailed job. Totally restored!
