Needed stitches for our 5 year old (never an easy task) and was so impressed with everyone there: calm, collected, sweet and compassionate. Knew the right things to say to help him stay calm, clean and nice place, and no wait. The Dr. was absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, calm, and did a great and clean job - I'm thrilled to have this top caliber urgent care near me and hope I don't need it soon :-)

This was as good as it gets. We were given the task of finding quick care for our baby son. The doctor was outstanding: thorough and unbelievably kind. I'm glad we now have a doctor when in Boston!
The staff at KisWell is amazing. I brought my 11 year old in for a flu shot and he was very scared. They were caring, patient and knowledgeable while my son took 90 minutes to allow them to give him the shot. The staff even encouraged me as I became frustrated and embarrassed. I would recommend all parents take their children to KidsWell. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.
We recently brought our toddler to Kidswell for a weekend urgent care visit and had a great experience. Parking was easy, and we had nearly no wait at all. Dr. Hsu-Lin has a warm, reassuring bedside manner. She managed to win over (and get willing cooperation from) our toddler, who is generally suspicious of all medical professionals. Great team exuding warmth! Being a new parent in Boston, Dr Lin was supportive and the kids enjoyed their visit.
DR.Lin was amazing. My poor daughter suffering with impetigo and she was the only one that treated her. I visited the emergency room and nothing was done so I took her to Kidswell and I want to switch to Dr. Lin for my daughters pediatrician, that's how pleased I was wth her care. Great physician.
