I love this urgent care. They’re great with my daughter and we’re always in and out within an hour. The customer service, however, is absolute trash. It’s impossible to reach a real person. I’ve been trying to get my daughter’s medical records for 2 weeks and all they keep doing is sending me the records release form which I have uploaded to her patient portal and emailed them twice.
Took my baby in to get checked and it was super quick and easy. The PA that saw her was super kind and gave great suggestions. I was nervous going into an urgent care because I didn’t want her to get exposed to new germs or have to wait forever but that was not the case. Will definitely come back here in the future.
We went back for our yearly school physical and had great staff again and no wait!
Came here with a horrible upper respiratory problem the staff was amazing. The facility is so clean and so peaceful. The nurse practitioner was amazing they did everything to make me feel better and had me in and out in no time, with prescriptions being filled at my local pharmacy.
