Our 20 month old was so excited (as was i) for her 1st haircut. She loooves cars and balloons so I knew this was the place for us. We were running a little late (with a 6 week old and a toddler it's hard..). When we arrived 10 minutes late the receptionist girl was just so rude asking if we knew our appointment was at 3:30.. We were honest and said yes asking if there was a way in. Honestly her hair wouldn't take long.
