I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Kids & Teens Medical Group in Northridge. Our appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m., yet my son waited 44 minutes to be seen. My son is autistic, and a long wait in a medical setting can be especially difficult for him. What concerned me even more was the lack of understanding and support for an autistic child. I have been going to this place for over 10 years now and today was a complete disaster. The first appointment I made the doctor was a no show. Made another appointment with the front office lady knowing this appointment could not take long. I show up early to the appointment they have me fill out paperwork that they said they sent but never did. I know this because it happened to other people in the waiting room. Very disappointed with this laboratory. This is my second time coming after calling during the week to confirm they were open on Saturdays, just to arrive and find the place closed again. It is very unprofessional and disrespectful to tell families you are open when you are not. There were parents and children waiting outside with no explanation. People’s time matters, especially when bringing kids in for lab work.
Ver bad customer service Every call turns into waiting for 40 minutes . We are thinking to change our pediatric.
