I set an appointment with them and when I call to confirm the same day they told me the office is closed. I did not receive any alert or text message about that change. So I rescheduled with the person online for the following week. This time I forgot to confirm and I showed up at the office only to find out the doors are locked and no one's there. There's very poor appointment communication between the main office in West Hills which schedules the appointments and this Agoura Hills location.
We love kids and teens Medical group. Always have been able to get same-day appointments in Urgent situations. And we love the staff!
The clinic So esthetic and the Dr was so polite nice kind to my son He suggested to do things that can help more And he was professional. Dr Snyder so care about my son I love it so much that I can trust our Dr!!!! Really the best.
