We recently saw Dr. Springer for a behavioral health visit after our daughter’s ADHD diagnosis, and I can’t say enough about the care we received. She spent a lot of time with us and never made us feel rushed, even though we were the last family in the office. She spoke directly with our daughter in a way that made her feel seen and included, and she gave her the option to share only when she wanted to. literally waited 2 hours to be seen. They close at 4pm; walked in & checked in at 2pm. It’s about to be 4pm. They’re not about to rush through this appointment after we sat here for 2 whole hours. Definitely changing PCPs after this. It’s a joke.
