Excellent service
I have been taking my daughter to Kids Plus since she was a baby. We have worked with Dr. Sarah Springer the entire time and she is fantastic!! She has helped us through numerous challenges over the years. She truly cares about making sure that my daughter is well taken care of. She is not just checking off a list of patients that she has to get through that day. She always patiently answers all my questions and always has extremely helpful advice. Absolutely LOVE this group of Doctors, CRNP's, and PA's!! All 3 of my children are seen here. We moved quite a bit away from this office however continue to travel here for the Excellent care! The hours are flexible as well and the walk-in appointments move fast. After Terry Bailey CRNP retired, we continued to stay at this practice and all the other providers are AMAZING as well! The Squirrel Hill office has been much better than the Pleasant Hills office… with that being said.. we have been extremely disappointed in this practice since being sold to a company in Miami. Everyone spends less time with you and often times forget to check temps.. my 1 year old went in with a high fever and his ear was red, they saw it being red said it’s not red enough for antibiotics… so they do nothing. Pay $80 only to go back 3 days later pay another $80 to see his ear drum pulsating because it’s clearly infected. Ab... read more
We followed Dr. M from the Pleasant Hills office to the Squirrel Hill office because she’s fantastic with our son. The reason I only gave 3 stars is for two reasons: 1: there are not separate waiting areas for sick kids and those coming in for a well visit; 2: the office is dirty - the floors don’t seem to get cleaned at all, the moulding on the walls has dust caked on it, there are dust bunnies in the corners. These gripes are about both the PH and SH offices.
