RecommendedThe staff in the front desk were awesome. They were flexible in scheduling and were the ones to get my 5 year old son's records from previous dentist. The dental waiting room had video games for the kids. The dental area in the back was spacious and kid friendly. Dr. Rachel and Gina were great!
We really like Dr. Bob & the staff. I just wish they had an office back in Lake City.

So thankful to have found a dentist for our little guy, they are gentle with him and are all around great!
I really appreciate this dentist office. The staff is overall friendly, especially at the NW office. Dr. Rachel is excellent. My youngest girls have had some pretty challenging dental needs. Dr. Rachel and her staff established a treatment plan and worked with us to get their oral health back on track, which did not include any accusatory language or parent shaming. When one of my daughters' teeth began to abscess one evening, I was able to contact Dr. Rachel (around 7/8 in the evening!), she called in a prescription for ant... read more
We have now been there twice. Both times the office staff, assistants, and dentists are amazing. Very friendly, very helpful, and patient. My little boy is autistic and he seemed to enjoy his visit very much! ❤
