Dr, Bob & Melisa are AMAZING :) Nigel is coming out of his shell. The minute that Nigel walks in the office he starts to flap (this is a good thing). They take their time with Nigel. They explain everything that they are doing and the tools that they are using. This helps so much with calming down. The entire staff is AWESOME!!!
