Find myself waiting for LONG past appointment time, with not so friendly staff. Doctor Climaco and Ramos, and the nurse practitioners are pretty nice, but only half of the rest of the staff are pleasant. And horrible on the phones. Can't wait to move and find a new provider for my 3 young children...
