The care is excellent. The doctors are very attentive and through, however the people at the front desk have a very bad attitude for some reason and no it has nothing to do with safety or security. Bottom line is they are rude and disrespectful. It has happened to us on several occasions. I would recommend Urgent Care Clinic for same day sick child care. Unlike Kids Kare, they are very helpful, courteous and welcoming.
My grand daughter has been going here since she was born, yes, we have had to make suggestions but they have ALL been eager to help & listen to our concerns
I have taken my son here in the past and the rooms were dirty like they haven't been cleaned in a long time also when I brought up something concerning my son and his health it was dismissed and I was treated like I was dumb I would definitely not recommend this practice
They charged my insurance for services we never got! Liars! !!!
I cannot talk about how much I love & appreciate Dr. Ramos & Dr. Climaco enough - two of the kindest, wisest doctors - they always make the time to see my daughter or answer my questions and I have always had good experiences with them and the staff. My calls always get returned and I’ve never had the experience other than here that it is actual the doctor I am able to speak to if I need to. Would recommend Kids Kare Pediatrics to anyone and everyone.
Dr. Climaco is a good & caring doctor! He takes a good care of my baby girl!
We have been going since my little girl was a month old and I love this office. We always see Becky and she is AMAZING! Always answer my questions and makes sure I understand. She is the best and she is everyone else in this office
