RecommendedPam was awesome!! My son who is two literally screamed like someone was hurting him thee entire time of the hair cut and I had to hug him while he screamed (I felt so terrible like the worst momma ever) but Pam was so understanding and kept doing what she could!! His hair looks so much better and very cute, I love it!! I’m very appreciative that she was so understanding!!

My daughter (5) was out of the chair and the stylist on to the next appt without checking with my husband. Therefore we paid for a cut that was barely a cut. My son (3) was getting his hair cut at the same time. The stylist did not get his hair cut to the description (yes we had several photos) we asked. The last time we were in he ended up with an uneven cut and my husband was trying to make sure it was short and even. The stylist was irritated that he was taking time to even look. I brought my daughter (1.5) there for her first haircut and had a great experience! She was very scared and sad at first but once she had a sucker she was able to sit still. The stylist worked quickly and efficiently and I was very pleased with the final results!
Brought an 11 month old for his first haircut. The stylist was awesome and so fast... and little man left happy and looking very handsome. Great experience!
