All three of my kids have been in to see Dr. Andy over the last three days. It was their first time going, and Dr. Andy was great. My oldest, a 7 year old, was very nervous and difficult, but Dr. Andy and his assistant were patient and understanding. He was also helpful to me, offering tips to help me help my kids brush better. I felt bad having not taken my oldest earlier in his life, but they weren't out to make me feel worse. Appointments were rescheduled without notification to an earlier time. When both my boys missed their appointments we were charged a ridiculous amount of money. Then when I tried to schedule appointments after school hours I was told it was more than 6 months away for availability. Finally after trying to find a time the receptionist told me "we don't work evenings or weekends so this just isn't the office for you". No kidding.
This is the worst pediatric dentist I've brought my kids to. I had some military papers to be filled out about dental health. While asking questions about the choices on paper he threw a fit and filled it out without permission ruining the paper. Very unprofessional!
I brought my 3 yr old son a few weeks ago and had a great experience. He went for his first visit and despite being shy and having a fear of electric toothbrushes, let Dr. Andy give him his exam and cleaning with no problems. We brought him back a week later for a filling and he did great for that, too. All the staff is super friendly and explain what they are going to do to the child throughout the whole process.
Dr Andy was not kid friendly AT ALL, he was also very pompous ! He never gave me a direct answer about an important fluoride question. He should reconsider his career working with children , he made BOTH of my 2 yr old twins CRY!:(
Awesome place!! Took my 3 year old son there today! Dr. Andy is awesome so good with the kids! Staff is super friendly and nice! Very clean place! A+ highly recommend!
