We have been going to Kids First for 15 years and First Impressions since it opened. We have always had an outstanding experience. We love all of the staff both upstairs for our cleanings & check-ups and downstairs for our braces. We always leave "ALL SMILES."
My daughter had a wonderful time..the stuff in the kids first dentistry are very pleasant, gentle. Thank you all for your wonderful attention
The staff was friendly, the office (Fairfield) was very kid friendly and clean. The Hygienist (I think her name was Leanne) was great with my daughter who was nervous. She made her feel comfortable, and explained everything she was about to do and was doing. My daughter was laughing and giggling most of the time.
we went today with a difficult 3 year old and a 14 month old and had a wonderful experience in the Norwalk office. The office is beautiful and spotless. The hygienists were amazing and made both kids comfortable to the point they were laughing during the cleaning.

It was both my kids' first time at the dentist - we were able to get them both done at the same time, which was great. Everyone was very kind to the kids and very professional. It's a clean, friendly environment. I thought it would be best to take the kids to a pediatric-only dentist and now I'm really glad I did. It was a great experience and the little extras made a difference - they gave the kids little toys and stickers and now my daughter is excited to go back. The hygienist was amazing! My daughter usually screams her head off at the dental office I used to take her to so I decided to change offices and I tell ya' it was the best choice I could've ever made! She didn't shed one tear. All of the staff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
The hygienist was extremely patient with my son who was scared and crying. They did a great job with him and he made it through the cleaning and exam without the normal trauma. The entire office is kid-friendly and fun.
Such a great 1st time dental experience for my daughter. We visited the Norwalk office which is colorful and fresh. The staff were all very nice. My daughter loved it!
