After going to three other pediatric dentists, I will not go to any other but kids First. Every single staff member I came into contact with at the facility and over the phone were absolutely amazing.
I am a new patient that was anxious to have my daughter, with special needs, seen asap. I called at 5:00 pm and had one of the first appointments that next morning. Everyone in the office was patient with my daughter and as sweet as could be, to us, both. I felt very at ease and the coffee in the waiting room for parents, iPads , climbing structure and TV for the kids, in the waiting area were the perfect added touch!
I get teary thinking about how wonderful Kids First is for our special needs kids! Our high schooler who is on the spectrum was fine with our former dentist, but when he retired no one could take care of his teeth...until we found Kids First! He is a challenge and has a lot of fears, but they have a quiet room and all the patience in the world. I have always had a great experience with Kids First. Every staff member is extraordinarily friendly and the staff plus the prizes means that my children love going to the dentist. On my end, as the parent, it's nice to also feel that they are experienced and care about the health of my children's teeth.
Amazing! Everyone was very friendly and very welcoming! We hardly waited at all. The hygienist explained everything as she was doing it and the doctor did as well. Great experience from beginning to end!
And it's not only kids who love this place. Very attentive, professional and nice people working there. Our dental visits are always very happy even if kids need to do unpleasant procedures.
